Club Meetings are at 0800 on the first Wednesday of Each Month, at Denny’s Restaurant, 2525 W Deer Valley Rd, Phoenix

For 2026, the dates are: January 7, February 4, March 4, April 1, May 6, June 3, July 1, August 5, September 2, October 7, November 4 and December 2.

Some Members come early to enjoy breakfast, chatter and buy raffle tickets. The meetings rarely go past 0900. Agendas include: President’s Greeting; “Welcome, New Members;” Treasurer’s Report; Tournament Results & Payouts for the most recent tmx and details about the next one (e.g. location, launch ramp, weigh-in process/location, Initial Pairings); a 50:50 Cash Pot; and a raffle of Member-donated items. Raffle tickets are 6 for $5, including entry in the Cash Pot.

Members are encouraged to donate raffle items that need not be fishing-related, but which must be in good condition. The Club retains 50% of the proceeds to cover Club expenses, which helps keep annual dues as low as possible.
