Looking for How to Enter and Pay for a Tournament?

Like almost everything over the past few weeks, that Page has moved. But stability is coming. The Tmx Entry Page is now accessed via a link at the top right of this Home Page. I’ve tested it. It works, and now I’m entered in Apache and have made another donation to AZGFD. After the Banquet, it will be moved up, but it will still be accessed via a link at the top of this page. If you can’t find it, or if you have any other problems with the website, please contact me directly. I’ll get back to you ASAP. Your problems (and mine) help me better understand how this Black Box operates.

Now, Please Attend the Annual Banquet

It’s on February 5, 2026

I (Secretary TBJ) was innocently wrong in last Sunday’s Annual Banquet email to all MWBA Members. I apologize for any inconvenience, but it’s 100% certain that I will screw up again.

Thursday at 3:00 p.m. is the Deadline for Buying Tickets!! After 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, Floyd must tell the Vendor exactly how many dinners to prepare.

The Members-Only Banquet is at the Arizona American Italian Club, 7509 N 12th St, Phoenix. Come at 5:00 p.m. to enjoy the full experience of: drinks (open cash bar), riveting conversation, a scrumptious dinner and desserts, angler awards and two great raffles (one for the Ladies, one for everyone).

By contract, we must vacate the premises at 9:00 p.m. The Club closes at 10:00 p.m. sharp!

This website is constantly being reconfigured. Page Links are now in the upper right corner of this temporary Home Page. They will remain there when this Page is replaced on Friday, January 30.

The work will continue for a few more weeks. Content will move around. Text will be revised. The color scheme might change, within the narrow limits of Squarespace (our website Host). Most links will work, some might not (briefly, we hope). You might find typos, grammatical errors or snippets of snarky humor. The work is ongoing (never-ending?). Your continued patience is appreciated. But, if something does not work FOR YOU, please let Secretary Terry B. Johnson (he uses the “B” to honor his RIP Mom) know, at secretary@midweekbassaz.com. Apologies to Yoda, but the Secretary will TRY to fix the problem ASAP. He has a semblance of a real life, so his ASAP might not be the same as yours. Again, please be patient. His minimal technical skills are rarely up to the challenge, but he is learning. Albeit, much too slowly.
